Overview:

A corporate banking client is seeking a dedicatedContract Officer for their Treasury Operations Department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the processing of treasury market transactions and assist with various administrative tasks. If you have experience in treasury operations and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify all clerical work related to treasury market transactions and perform necessary administrative duties.
• Execute routine operational tasks, including preparing and checking payments, confirming trade details with counterparties, and posting account entries.
• Ensure compliance of treasury market transactions with Head Office policies and regulatory requirements.
• Address inquiries related to treasury product settlements promptly and effectively.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• HKDSE Level or above; degree holders with less experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in treasury settlement operations.
• Familiarity with RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of VBA, MS Excel Macro, and Alteryx is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
