As the Commis at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, contributing to our culinary teams commitment to high-quality standards while growing your culinary skills under the guidance of our experienced chefs.

作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店的廚師，您將參與食品準備及擺盤，幫助我們的廚房團隊維持高品質標準，並在經驗豐富的廚師指導下提升您的烹飪技巧。

A little taste of your day-today 您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but youll mostly be: 每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Assisting in food preparation, cooking and plating under the supervisor of senior chefs 在資深廚師的指導下，協助食材準備、烹飪和擺盤
• Learning cooking techniques and expanding various skills by rotating through different workstations based on restaurant needs 根據餐廳需求，通過輪換不同工作崗位學習烹飪技巧並拓展多元技能
• Following recipes, portion controls, presentation standards, and other standard operating procedures 遵循食譜、分量控制、擺盤標準及其他標準作業流程
• Mastering the usage of modern kitchen equipment 精通現代廚房設備的使用
• Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times 嚴格遵守食品衛生安全規則

What we need from you 我們對您的要求 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as chef working in hotels or fully service restaurants 具備至少兩年在酒店或全桌服務的餐廳擔任廚師的工作
• Strong physical stamina and good teamwork 良好的體能及團隊合作能力
• Passion for culinary and hospitality, eager to learn and hardworking 對烹飪和款待充滿熱情，積極學習且刻苦耐勞
