Description

As the CRM Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and Executive Committee and play a pivotal role in shaping the companys customer engagement strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and launching a regional CRM system and loyalty program to foster a strong sense of community among customers.
  • Developing innovative loyalty concepts and managing partnerships with external collaborators.
  • Creating systems for customer data collection and analysis to drive personalized engagement.
  • Measuring program performance and optimizing effectiveness through data insights.
  • Managing customer feedback and complaint systems to enhance satisfaction.
  • Leading training initiatives for retail staff to ensure consistent customer interactions.
  • Executing retention and acquisition marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.

Profile

  • A degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in luxury goods or high-end retail.
  • Strong project management skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • A creative, customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region.
