Club Chef / Executive Sous Chef – The Aberdeen Marina Club Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Lead, supervise and develop a large culinary team
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet 公司名稱 standards
- Plan menus, cost recipes, and control food & labour costs
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and kitchen inventory
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Drive team performance, training, and engagement
Requirements
- Certificate in Culinary Arts or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant kitchen experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred
