• To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join our surgical product team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in operating theatre environments or a strong background in surgical product applications.

• Collaborate with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams to support product adoption and drive sales
• Deliver detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals
• Provide on-site clinical support in operating theatres when required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across public and private hospitals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
• Support product workshops, congresses, medical seminars, and trade shows
• Liaise with international suppliers for product updates, training, and technical support
• Report directly to the Senior Product Manager

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Engineering, Biology, Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical products or clinical nursing experience in operating theatres
• Knowledge of cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
