We Are Hiring: 

Product Specialist / Senior Product Specialist - Ultrasound Solutions (HA Focus)

About the Company 

• We are the exclusive distributor of a leading U.S. medical device brand, specializing in ultrasound technologies. 
• Our portfolio includes general imaging, point-of-care, and handheld ultrasound systems designed to support clinical excellence across a wide range of healthcare settings. 
• Our customers include Hospital Authority (HA) hospitals, private hospitals, specialist clinics, medical laboratories, and healthcare professionals throughout Hong Kong.

The Role 

• We are seeking a Product Specialist or Senior Product Specialist to join our sales team and promote our ultrasound solutions, with a strong focus on HA hospitals. 
• This role will concentrate on supporting departments such as Intensive Care Units (ICU), Accident & Emergency (A&E), Anaesthesia, Paediatrics, and Medical Wards. 
• You will work closely with clinicians and decision-makers to deliver product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote ultrasound products (general imaging, point-of-care, handheld) to HA hospitals, private hospitals, clinics, labs, and medical professionals
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with Clinical Application Specialists
• Manage sales leads from initial engagement through to order confirmation, delivery, basic training, and repeat sales
• Support product workshops, medical congresses, seminars, and trade shows
• Provide product information and training to customers; coordinate technical support with Clinical Application Specialists
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Liaise with U.S. supplier for product updates, training, feedback, and parts coordination
• Reports to Senior Sales Manager and works within a team of five

Ideal Candidates

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience with ultrasound products is a strong advantage
• Existing network in the private healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, labs) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a bonus
