Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling general and employee benefits insurance of SME/Commercial clients
Responsible for client servicing including day to day insurance program management, risk management consultative service, claims management and relationship building
Deliver appropriate products and services in response to customer's risk management and insurance needs
Handle documentation, e.g. quotation, placement and policy etc.
Support future development of agency team

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business, risk management, insurance or equivalent disciplines
Holder of ACII, ANZIIF or FLMI (or with substantial progress)
2- 5 years' experience in insurance industry
Excellent client and transactional management skills
Stable and mature
Proactive and self-motivating
Good PC Skills, including Chinese word processing
Good Command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
