Support account leaders in organizing and leading the priority accounts programs and events.
Lead key projects/ initiatives from scratch and ensure timely delivery of results.
Oversee daily operation, ensuring alignment with the team goals and optimizing within the team/ across other functions.
Support on pipeline management, staff scheduling, contract management and management of the capability building.
Organize internal meeting and prepare meeting presentation deck.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Partners, clients and other internal counterparts.
Prior experience in staffing management is not a must but would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone withBachelor's degree with at least 6 years working experience.
Strong organizational skills with solid project management and project delivery experience.
Experience in marketing/ digital marketing/ project management is highly preferred.
Good financial and business acumen.
Proven track record of managing complex projects.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate, communicate and resolve complex issues.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently and collaborate with team members in 香港 and other regions.
Strong communication, fluent in written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
