We are looking for a Captain - Shang Palace /Nadaman based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Captain - Shang Palace / Nadaman, we rely on you to:
Provide quality service to guests
Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guests delights
Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
Collect feedback during operation to ensure guests satisfaction
Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations
We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience in F&B would be an advantage
Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
Customer-oriented and detail-minded team player
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
