Network Project Manager - Government project - Tech Vendor - up to 52k basic

Overview

High exposure project management role overseeing network-related delivery and operations, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget, with market insight.

Responsibilities

Manage networking project portfolio alongside a team of project managers (Government-sized projects).
Establish project delivery plans and oversee execution.
Monitor and improve project delivery KPIs.
Uphold and improve project management best practices.
Project P&L management, mobilization and al地點 of resources, including internal and external resources.
Stakeholder management, both internal and external.
Implement growth and development plans for the management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
8+ years of related experience in network IT/ICT with substantial experience in managing multiple projects in parallel.
PMP, Scrum or other IT project management certifications are required.
Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (advantageous).
Experience in Government or large-scale project management is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
