Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in three core businesses—Motors, Consumer, and Healthcare—serving partners and customers across 香港, mainland China and Southeast Asia markets. We invite candidates with the requisite profile to apply for the following 職位:

Division: Group Finance

Responsibilities HK Profit Tax & Compliance Management

Preparation and submission of 香港 Profit Tax returns for the group and its HK subsidiaries
Handle inquiries, field audits, and tax investigations from the Inland Revenue Department (IRD)
Oversee tax compliance in other jurisdictions where the group operates to ensure timely filings and manage the tax risks

Tax Provision & Review

Responsible for tax provision reviews periodically in accordance with accounting standards
Manage the assessment and analysis of deferred tax
Coordinate with business unit finance and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of tax data and compliance with disclosure requirements

Strategic Tax Planning

Develop and implement group tax optimization strategies, leveraging reasonable tax incentives
Provide tax structuring advice for group reorganizations, M&A activities, or new business lines
Monitor the implementation of Transfer Pricing policies and prepare relevant documentation (Master File/Local File)

Business Unit (BU) Liaison

Act as a tax expert to various BUs, explaining the impact of tax regulations on business operations and ensure the implementation of the Group tax policy by BUs
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to review commercial terms and mitigate potential tax risks
Promote tax compliance awareness across departments and assist in process standardization

Requirements

At least 6 years of tax experience in 香港 with both big 4 and in-house experience would be preferred
Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
HKICPA or other qualification in equivalence would be preferred
Proactive self-starter and problem solver
Able to work both independently and in a team and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Well-versed in MS Office applications (Excel modelling, as well as Word and PowerPoint formatting skills)
Language fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
