Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects assigned
• Assist in preparing of the bills of quantities for works
• Assist in preparing and handing in main contract payment applications
• Assist in preparing assessments of subcontractor contract payments and quotations
• Other responsibilities as directed by seniors of the Contracts Department

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity  Surveying / Building Studies
• 1- 3 years relevant working experience in building projects is preferable 
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual  skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Candidates with sound knowledge and solid experience in Chinas construction industry will be highly preferable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
