The Job
The incumbent is responsible to plan, organize and control execution and monitor the progress of the construction project(s) in strict accordance with the approved cost plan and works programme; and to complete the project(s) as scheduled at the specified quality standards so as to achieve the 公司名稱's growth and profitability objectives and promote the 公司名稱's reputation and image.
Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction preferably with appropriate professional qualifications
• At least 12 years site management experience in building construction, with a minimum 3 years’ project management experience
• Sufficient experience across the broad spectrum of technology to appreciate the significance of the contributions of others and be able to identify and deal with problems effectively and efficiently
• Well-developed powers of leadership and also be receptive to new ideas
