Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase orders; manage and update purchasing documents and records
• Provide regular reports with analysis for existing procurement activities
• Source new suppliers and find new sourcing opportunities in different territories
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track & monitor inventory movement and purchasing needs 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or related discipline  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement 
• Knowledge of cost analysis
• Good in problem-solving, analytical, good communication and able to work under pressure  
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese 
• A self-motivated good team player with the initiative to work in a dynamic environment and tight deadlines
