Assistant Marketing Manager - Residential Development in HK

Employer:Our client is a listed integrated property developer in Hong Kong, featuring a diverse portfolio that includes residential projects, shopping centers, industrial buildings, and commercial developments.

To support their residential property development project, they are hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager with strong experiences in residential development project in Hong Kong to join them.

Job Duties:

• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns for residential property launches.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate with agencies, media, and other partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Manage production of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with the Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.

• Draft English and Chinese content for ads, press releases, brochures, websites, and social media.

• Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.

• Prepare management reports and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above holder in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications or related discipline.

• 3+ years marketing experience with a property developer.

• Knowledgeable about the Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.

• Strong project management and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.

• Detail-minded, proactive, and a good team player with strong communication skills.

• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
