Responsibilities
Lead the development of ATL communications for brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, MI/KOL endorsement, SEO/SEM, video production, media planning, and website development.
Develop and execute customer acquisition and sales generation programs through social platform to drive key performance metrics.
Analyzing campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. Aim to improve conversion rates and increase sales.
Be required to monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and responsible for measurable results.
Conduct sales and customer analytics and compile market research reports and proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
Over 6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the beauty or retail sector.
With profound understanding of full funnel media strategy on digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including Meta/Google advertising platforms and SEO/SEM principles.
With robust analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges effectively.
Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with finesse.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
