(Assistant) Leasing Officer - Welcome Fresh Graduates

What Will You Be Doing: 

• Manage a team in planning and implementing leasing strategies via in-depth analysis of potential and existing premises

• Strengthen and develop business network and professional relationships with landlords and property agencies

• Keep track and make use of market intelligence to negotiate terms favorable to company

• Conduct cost control to maximize cost effectiveness

• Review tenancy agreement, license agreement, offer to lease, or any other related tenancy document

• Monitor the process of takeover, handover, construction and refit of premises

• Prepare weekly report on new lease acquisition, renewal and lease negotiation

• Forecast and prepare annual budget of leasing and projects

Who is our Right Fit:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline

• 2 years experience in Leasing and Project management is preferred

• Experience in sizable portfolio of chain store is preferred

• Strong strategic planning skills

• Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge

• Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of written English and Chinese

• Familiar with fast paced working environment and can work independently

• Fresh graduates are welcome
