Job responsilities:
Administrative Management:
Supervise and mentor 3 junior admin staff, ensuring smooth HR, finance, and office operations.
Optimize workflows using digital tools and AI to reduce manual tasks.
Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and compliance with Science Park/University policies.
Act as the primary liaison for internal coordination between R&D and business teams.
Funding & Awards Strategy:
Research, draft, and submit high-impact proposals for grants and awards.
Maintain a funding tracker with deadlines, requirements, and success rates.
Collaborate with professors and healthcare partners to strengthen proposals with clinical data.
Represent Medmind at pitching sessions and grant interviews.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in healthtech, edtech, or social enterprise.
5+ years in admin/funding roles with proven success in securing HK government/private grants (attach 1-2 sample proposals).
Strong leadership skills to guide junior staff while managing multitasking pressures.
Native written Chinese (for local funding applications) and fluent in English.
Basic financial literacy to align budgets with grant requirements is a plus.
Passion for social impact in ageing/education is desirable.
