How You Will Do It:

-Assist in organizing marketing and CRM campaigns

-Support daily operations of CRM: VIP point reward programme and enquiries from shops or members

-Support in report generation

-Handle daily operations of the gift order platform

-Monitor and re-order gift inventory, conduct stock-take

-Communicate with all the internal parties for the logistics for gift redemption

-Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

What we look for:

-Higher diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines

-Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing or other related disciplines

-A self-starter and good team player with multi-tasking and good organizational skills

-Excellent communication skills when working with internal or external parties

-Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred

-Excel formula skills and report presentation skills are plus

-Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

-Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

-Immediate availability is preferred
