Accounts Clerk / Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and monthly income and payment reconciliation

  • Issue debit note, monitor A/R balance and follow up any overdue accounts

  • Prepare accounting vouchers, schedules and bank reconciliation 

  • assist in the month-end closing

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above with LCC Level 2 certificate

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in medical industry, and experience in NGO environment would be an advantage;

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Good team player, hardworking & high sense of responsibility

  • Experience in using Flex Accounting System is preferable

  • Candidate with more accounting experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant

  • Immediate available is highly preferable
