Accounting Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to support the daily and periodic accounting activities and processes. This position plays an important role in ensuring that transactional records and reconciliations remain accurate and compliant in the current regulatory landscape and our evolving digital asset business.

Job Description

• Record and maintain daily journal entries to ensure accurate and timely recording, reconciliations and reporting of transactions including but not limited to the digital asset business;

• Handle monthly and yearly closing processes, including preparation of financial statement reconciliation and bank reconciliation for the relevant entity;

• Assist in the preparation of annual audits, tax submissions, and various financial or regulatory reports associated;

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain and enhance financial reporting workflows; and

• Handle assigned accounting tasks and contribute to ad hoc initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting;

• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail;

• Excellent team player;

• Proficient Excel knowledge and skills; abd

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
