Business Support - Business IT Specialist

Job Duties:

• To design, develop, and enhance applications to support digital transformation

• To understand front office concerns in order to bridge the gap between the front office and back office

• To collaborate with Front Office and Middle Office teams to design, develop, and maintain an automated solution

• To execute technical design, development, testing, and documentation for various business initiatives

• To support the rollout and implementation of systems

Requirements (for junior candidate):

• With Bachelor degree or above, preferably in IT or related disciplines

• Prior experience in sizeable digital transformation projects and finance-related fields or sectors is an advantage

• Gather and organize user needs from various business areas into clear, documented requirements.

• Facilitate communication within cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to align technology solutions with business operations.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is an advantage

Requirements (for senior candidate):

• With Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or other Financial / IT professional related qualification

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT leadership or managerial role.

• With strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Prior experience in finance-related fields or sectors is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and industry-specific regulations.

• Strategic thinking to align business initiatives with organizational goals and drive business outcomes

• Advanced communication skills for managing cross-functional teams.
