Accounting Officer, AR

We are supporting our client, a well‑established logistics and distribution services provider, in seeking an Accounting Officer to join their finance team. The role focuses on billing, accounts receivable, and month‑end support, offering strong exposure to shared services collaboration and stable career development within a sizeable international organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage daily billing, accounts receivable, and journal preparation tasks
Prepare routine financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
Support month‑end closing activities and account breakdown
Coordinate with the overseas Finance Shared Services team
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Assist with cross‑functional accounting duties as required
Perform ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) preferred
Knowledge of logistics or airfreight billing practices is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Chinese word processing
Strong communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Immediate availability preferred
