Job DescriptionTo cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as an Account Manager, assisting in our Sales Department on building a cohesive relationship with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts, service level, project scope and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Handle & develop new business from our sales channels, inbound marketing channels, and existing clients
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales & marketing channels to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including Support and Product Development teams to improve the entire customer experience. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information System Management or any related disciplines
• Experience in delivering enterprise systems or solutions, such as HRM, POS, CRM is highly preferred
• Application programming and system support experience is strongly preferred
• Real passion for solving issues and advocating for their success, in a dynamic, highly technical environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in various channels (written, live chat, conference calls, or in-person)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication proficiency, customer focus, flexibility, and problem solving skills
• Account Management with regional exposure is highly preferred
