Account Executive/Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact for digital marketing service, including but not limited to Influencer (KOL), Digital Ads (Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Social, Programmatic), Organic, and Social Content.

  • Prepare Monthly and or Campaign Proposals, presentations, reports, budget and execution plan for clients.

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for social media, digital, and above-the-line campaigns.

  • Plan, manage, and monitor digital and social media platforms, including content creation, ad posting, performance monitoring, and result evaluation.

  • Work as a team internal team to drive campaign strategy & development and ultimately Growth.

  • Monitor the digital campaign performance and identify the growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.

  • Adopt consultative approach to customers on their digital marketing & advertising strategies with research and analysis.

  • Ensure new and existing customers see success and value by providing growth ideation during onboarding and post go-live phase and the entire lifecycle.

  • Monitor customer health scores and usage data to identify early signs of dissatisfaction or potential churn.

  • Develop and implement targeted retention strategies to address client pain points and improve satisfaction.

  • Provide recommendations for growth.

  • Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry.

Requirements

  • Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, E-Commerce or equivalent discipline preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing clients in a digital ad agency

  • Comprehensive knowledge in Paid Search, Display and Remarketing is preferred

  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of SEO, Social, Analytics and Marketing Automation

  • Experience in digital marketing and emerging digital technology, social trends and insights

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present (in person, web conferencing)

  • A positive and strategic personality to initiating, directing and managing multiple clients

  • A “roll up your sleeves” attitude with the intense drive to “make things happen”

  • Good written and spoken in English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Mandarin
