Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, and tours.
• Create personalized itineraries tailored to corporate, leisure, group, or VIP needs.
• Handle amendments and real-time issue resolution for smooth travel experiences.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Maintain accurate booking records and track travel budgets.
• Provide exceptional support via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry tools.

What We're Looking For:

• HKCEE/HKDSE certificate or above; diploma in Travel & Tourism Hospitality Management preferred.
• 1–3+ years in travel coordination (fresh graduates with strong internships welcome).
• Proficiency in travel booking tools and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with travel booking tools, scheduling software, and Canva or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and excellent communication skills.
• Right to work in 香港.
