• Focus on acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners to drive significant net new money inflows.

• Build and maintain a strong external network, including FAs, EAMs, family offices, entrepreneurs, and distribution partners.
• Actively manage and review the sales pipeline to ensure sustainable and predictable net new money growth.
• Support strategic initiatives and key projects aligned with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, institutional sales, or financial business development, with a proven NNM track record.
• Strong ability to originate and convert high-value client relationships.
