Responsibilities- Conduct Servicing in area of responsibility
- Liaison and customer support representative for the local region for Service support
- Provide phone and email support, technical advice & ECSC support as appropriate to customers
- Able to complete all Technical Responsibilities individually.
- Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality while working within the escalation procedure.
- Carry out the Field Change Orders, Safety Checks / Modifications, as instructed by the Elekta Product Supply Centre for the installed systems
- Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality and secondary modality.
- Conduct Planned Maintenance for Customers as required
- Able to read, analyse, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Instruct customers in proper use of the equipment.
- Assist Sales/Customer Service with technical advice.
- Stay current on all new Elekta products.
- Submit timely and accurately reports as assigned.
- Maintain all 公司名稱-leased equipment, including 公司名稱 computer, parts, and tools.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

- Identify sales opportunities into existing customer sites and into new sites in close collaboration with the local sales teams
- Support the sales team with professional service consultancy to increase customer usage of products and additional sales
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies- Proficient and qualified to conduct Elekta Product Installations
- Completed all relevant Elekta Linac Training Courses
- Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose issues with software and hardware interfaces.
- Excellent technical/analytical skills in the area of PC/Network Computing and Operating systems
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge/understanding of all Elekta products and proficiency in assigned product specialties
- Familiarity/proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, CLM
- Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)
- Proficiency in the use of test equipment and hand tools including oscilloscopes, multi-meters
- A good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice, including ESD requirements.
- Must have excellent skills in verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Be a self-motivated worker, able to interact and communicate well with all levels of the business
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time when required and work independently.
- Hardworking, able to work non-office hours, Standy Duty and Work on Saturday and Holidays.
Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or associated discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in field service and troubleshooting complex electronic or capital equipment
- Previous experience in large medical device field service strongly preferred such as linear accelerator, MRI, CT, X-ray etc.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skill
- Proactive, independent and patient
