Equity Research Analyst - Active Equity Team

We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our Active Equity team, covering Greater China internet, consumer, and adjacent industries. You’ll generate high‑conviction ideas and partner with portfolio managers, regional/global sector analysts, and Responsible Investments to translate research into portfolio decisions across China, Asia, GEM and Global Thematic strategies.

Principal Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth fundamental research on Greater China internet and consumer sectors, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
Independently generate, present, and track investment ideas and recommendations for portfolio managers.
Monitor 公司名稱 developments including news flow, earnings, channel checks, regulatory changes, and high‑frequency/ alternative data (e.g., web/app traffic, e‑commerce indicators, payments data, and other relevant datasets) to provide timely updates and insights.
Support client‑related activities, including responding to equity queries and participating in meetings and marketing efforts.
Collaborate with other investment teams, sharing insights and contributing to a team‑based research framework.

Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
Solid experience in investment research; sell‑side equity research experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable investment views.
Strong writing and presentation skills; able to produce high‑quality research materials.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
