PURPOSE

As a pivotal member of the Human Resources team in manpower cost planning and controlling for the Northeast Asia region, you will play a critical role in supporting the team to drive data-driven workforce decisions. You will partner closely with Finance controllers and HR Business Partners to conduct in-depth workforce analysis, develop robust manpower cost plans, and ensure effective financial controlling. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in shaping our workforce strategy and optimizing resource al地點 across the region, directly impacting our operational efficiency and strategic growth.

PURPOSE

You will partner closely with Finance controllers and HR Business Partners to conduct in-depth workforce analysis, develop robust manpower cost plans, and ensure effective financial controlling. Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis, identify trends in manpower cost development, and provide strategic recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Translate people movements and HR initiatives into clear financial implications, delivering precise and timely manpower budget reports to the Finance team.
  • Monitor and track manpower cost development against operational requirements and approved budgets, offering proactive guidance to resolve potential cost planning issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely documentation of all headcount movements and job requisitions within the HR system & Planning records.
  • Work closely with Regional Cost Planning teams to ensure standardized processes and templates are in place to secure efficiency and effectiveness in planning across the Maison.
Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Analyse HR data and compile insightful workforce planning performance metrics for senior leaders’ review and strategic decision-making.
  • Support HR Business Partners with FTE scenario analysis to address evolving business needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regional HR KPI reports, providing actionable insights.
Others
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, data capabilities, and analytical tools.
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role, with a focus on costing, financial analysis and business analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong data acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage projects under tight deadlines, and solve complex problems independently with a meticulous and accurate approach.
  • Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
