ASSISTANT PROMOTIONS & MARKETING MANAGER
Plan and implement marketing strategies for the leasing of prime office premises and apartments in PRC
Organize promotional and public relations activities as well as liaise with different stakeholders for successful execution
Design and produce marketing collaterals to tie in with the latest promotional campaigns
Proficiency in using digital platforms for promotion (e.g., social media, online advertising). Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation and productivity enhancement is preferred
Accountable for budget and cost control. Manage vendors and agencies, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring to support marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports
Requirements:University graduates in marketing, communications or related disciplines
With at least 5 years' relevant working experience
Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and with good organization and time management skills
Be resourceful, innovative and of positive working attitude
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
Based in 香港 but travelling to various PRC cities is necessary
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Promotions & Marketing Officer
