LTMC Limited is Hiring | Senior Interior Designer
At LTMC, we design spaces that balance architecture, emotion, and everyday living. We are a 香港-based interior design consultancy with a portfolio spanning luxury residences, hospitality, wellness, executive workplaces, and mixed-use developments across 香港, China, 日本, Malaysia, and the Philippines. As our projects continue to expand, we are looking for passionate talents to join our studio.
About the Role
What we’re looking for: Senior Interior Designer
Passionate about contemporary design, materiality, and spatial storytelling
Detail-oriented and technically competent
Confident in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
Interested in leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflow and productivity
Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept development through construction and site implementation
Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentation packages
Prepare and review detailed drawing packages, specifications, and FF&E documentation
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor site progress and resolve design-related issues during construction
Manage project timelines, design quality, and deliverables
Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio development
Qualifications
Degree / Higher Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in new-built high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint (Enscape / V-Ray / Revit is a plus)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of project deliverables
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Familiarity with AI-assisted design and productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, AI rendering, image enhancement, research, presentation, and documentation tools) to improve workflow efficiency and daily work effectiveness is a definite advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-end new-built residential projects in HK
Knowledge of current design trends and technologies
