We are a well-established Hong Kong-based toy manufacturer with over 30 years of industry experience. Our core products include plastic toys, with soft toys as a growing category. With two factories in Dongguan and two in Vietnam, we serve major international markets including the US, Europe, and Canada.

• Lead our Vietnam merchandising team and oversee operations for key global clients.
• Leadership role for someone who thrives in cross-cultural environments and understands the demands of international toy markets.

• Lead and manage the merchandising team at our Vietnam factory.
• Oversee full merchandising operations—from sampling to production to shipment.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with overseas clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and care.
• Strengthen relationships with key toy brands and drive business growth.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• Coordinate with teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan as needed.

• Tertiary education.
• 10+ years in toy merchandising for US/EU/Canadian markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing merchandising teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to be based primarily in Vietnam (90% Vietnam, 10% Hong Kong or China).

• 90% time work in Vietnam factory.
• 10% time work in Hong Kong office.
• Hong Kong employment contract.
• 13-month salary + performance bonus.
