What will you do?

In this 職位, you will join our Hong Kong Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Built Environment projects such as schools, data centres, casinos and a variety of Government projects. The key responsibilities include:

Assist in all aspects of supervision of building services work on site within the contracts and maintenance of site records.
Assist in monitoring of labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site.
Assist in inspection and witness testing and commissioning of building services installations.
Assist in the checking of as‑fitted drawings submitted by contractors.
Monitor rectification of defects and report status.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub‑contractors, suppliers and the HKSTP project team and facilities maintenance/operation team.

What can you bring to the team?

第一頁ly, you will share our genuine passion for re‑imaging engineering and actively pursue continuous learning. The following qualifications are required:

Certificate or above in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years related site experience in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, preferably as an Assistant Building Services Inspector or equivalent.
Station on construction site and occasional travel to PRC may be required for inspection of off‑site works and materials.
Effective communication in both English and Cantonese and interpersonal skill.
Knowledge and/or experience in statutory authority and public utilities regulations, requirements, inspections and handover practice.
