Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the key HR business partner to local management and departmental leaders.
  • Provide HR advice and support on employee matters, people policies, and organizational initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for sales, medical, and corporate functions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and external recruitment partners to attract quality talent.
  • Drive effective hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage monthly payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, MPF, leave management, and annual compensation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with 香港 Employment Ordinance and relevant labour regulations.
  • Review, formulate, and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
  • Drive HR process improvements and establish best practices across the organization.
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on training programs where applicable.
Compliance & Regional Coordination
  • Support corporate compliance initiatives and policy implementation.
  • Liaise with regional teams in China and headquarters in 日本 on compliance, documentation, reporting, and regulatory-related HR matters.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
HR Systems & Reporting
  • Maintain employee data and HR reports.
  • Support HR system administration and process enhancements.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS will be highly advantageous.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Prior experience as a standalone HR Manager, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist in a small-to-medium-sized organization.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of 香港 employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling payroll, C&B administration, recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with regional and overseas teams.
  • Exposure to compliance-related matters and SOP development is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Workday will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • 日本ese language capability is a plus but not mandatory.
