公募基金运营经理

Public Fund Operation/Fund Administration - Asset Management

岗位职责:

公募基金全生命周期运营工作 (包括前期筹备,系统搭建与测试,估值模型与模式探讨,年度审计工作及其他监管需求运营部支持的数据工作;

Public Fund Full Lifecycle Operations (including pre-launch preparation, system setup and testing, valuation model and pattern exploration, annual audit work, and daily work supporting operational department's regulatory requirements);

每日估值报告的确认 (与基金行政管理人) 与发布;

Confirmation and issuance of daily valuation reports (reconciliation with the fund administrator);

跟业务部门日常沟通申购赎回,投资組合管理相关工作;

Daily communication with business departments on subscription and redemption, as well as portfolio management-related tasks;

交易对手开户,AML年检工作

Counterparty account opening and AML annual review related work.

任职要求:

本科或以上;金融,会计相关专业为佳,有良好会计基础优先考虑;

Bachelor degree or above. Candidates with good financial or accounting background are preferred;

CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM 等金融相关资格持有人优先考虑;

Financial qualification holders such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM are preferred

3年交收結算,基金运营,基金行政管理人等方面工作经验,有基金会计工作经验优先考虑。有公募基金运营经验超过两年以上 (至少经历过一期审计及全周期运营工作,了解各方面的执行安排)

3 years working experience Fund Operation/ in settlement, fund operation, fund administration, etc. Experience in fund accounting is preferred; More than two years of experience in the operation of public funds (at least one phase of audit and full cycle operation work, understand the implementation of various aspects)

熟悉公募基金报送监管的各项报表及运营常用系统,如 Linedata, MiddleX, Geneva等;

Familiar with various statements submitted and regulated by public funds and common operating systems, such as Linedata, MiddleX, Geneva, etc.;

熟悉办公软件,数據办理软件如Excel (VBA), Python, Access等;

Familiar with office software, data processing software such as Excel (VBA), Python, Access, etc.

具有团体意识较强的学习能力,有责任心,工作严谨细致。
