遊戲產品運營經理
A. 崗位職責
1、負責海外營運管道及支付管道（含Web3支付）的通路拓展及維護;
2、負責Web3支付管理，包括結算流程、合規風控機制等。
3、與開發團隊協作，推動產品功能迭代與在地化適配；（如地域政策合規性、題材合規性、支付方式適配等）。
4、透過數據分析定位產品營運問題，提出調優方案；
5、跟蹤產業動態與競品趨勢，持續優化產品營運策略。
有支付管道營運、海外聯運、自媒體營運經驗優先
B. 任職要求
1、本科及以上學歷，3年以上海外產品營運經驗，有成功海外遊戲營運經驗優先。
2、對WEB3技術有深刻的理解，對加密資產監管政策熟悉，具備合規意識；
3、出色的獨立解決問題能力，能在複雜環境中快速定位問題並提出有效解決方案；
4、英文流利（聽說讀寫），可作為工作語言；
5、具備良好的團隊協作精神及跨文化溝通技巧。
