Responsibilities: Perform routine and daily property management with self-motivated manner and insights The point of contact for all stakeholders with a proactive attitude for solving any property-related inquiries or issues Collaborate closely with the Property Technical Service Department to routine repair, maintenance, and sizable improvement tasks Strong vendor management skills particularly for cleaning and security services to ensure meeting top-quality services Respond efficiently and promptly to emergencies and perform any other necessary duties as assigned by top management Requirements: Bachelors Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines Possess a valid PMP (Tier 2) License Solid experience in luxury residential buildings is an advantage Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience Familiarize with BMO, DMC, PMSO and other relevant ordinances Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua Strong customer service mindset with good leadership and interpersonal skills Interested parties please click "Apply Now" button and submit your resume with expected salary and availability to Central Management Limited.
