Job Duties 主要職責:

    • Manage a team for daily kitchen operations 管理團隊以保持廚房日常運作
    • Assures high standards of food quality and cost efficiency 保證出品質素及控制成本效益
    • Ensure overall cleanliness of kitchen and personal hygiene 確保廚房清潔並保持個人衛生

Job Requirements 工作要求:

  • Extensive knowledge of Thai cuisine is necessary 必需對泰國菜/西餐有全面認知
  • minimum 5 years of related experiences 最少5年相關工作經驗
  • Well organized and strong management 良好組織及管理技巧
  • Self-motivation, An enthusiastic, self-confident, humble, with good team spirits and ability to learn 積極主動、對工作熱誠,有自信而謙卑、有團隊精神
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong 合資格在香港工作
