建築師助理

職責描述

1、主要負責綜合商業或教育機構項目建築概念及方案設計；

2、輔助各階段建築設計，按照甲方要求完成從概念方案至擴初方案設計；

3、協助製作設計模型和各階段圖紙；

4、輔助其他項目設計工作；

任職要求

1、本科及以上學歷，建築學專業;

2、应届毕业生或有1-3年建築設計相關工作經驗;

3、熟練掌握AutoCAD、Sketchup、Rhino、Adobe Suite等與專業相關的軟件;

4、善於溝通協調；具備較好的學習能力和執行能力；能承受工作壓力，具有較強的親和力，工作細心、責任心強，具有團隊合作精神；

5、熟練掌握粵語、普通話和英語；
