Branch Service Officer (Digital Banking Service)

Our client a leading bank in Hong Kong and currently seeking a dedicated Branch Service Officer to join their team. This full-time role involves providing exceptional face-to-face service and supporting the delivery of digital banking solutions.

Job Highlights:

  • Hong Kong Island and New Territories Branch

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in the bank hall, assisting customers with digital banking inquiries.
  • Introduce digital banking services and solutions to customers, contributing to the branchs sales targets.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs and concerns promptly, managing the queue effectively.
  • Support branch administrative and operational duties.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above; a minimum of Level 2 in 5 subjects (including Chinese or English and Mathematics) in the HKDSE, or a minimum of Grade E in 5 subjects (including Chinese or English and Mathematics).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to explain complex information clearly.
