  • 持有本港認可碩士學位或同等學歷之註冊社工；
  • 擁有十五年或以上社會服務經驗及五年或以上高層人事、財務管理及行政經驗；
  • 與社署及社福界有良好關係；
  • 具開拓資源、維持及發展自負盈虧經驗者優先考慮；
  • 具優越的溝通、應變及領導才能；
  • 良好的中英文書寫能力。
