- Must be able to work as a team and follow instructions- Table service for fine dining (Chinese & Western)- Handling Food & Beverage, cocktail, wine service- Housekeeping, laundry and interior detailing- Speaks Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)- Good hygiene and attention to details- Knowledge of hospitality duties and silver service- Good people skills and outgoing personality- Flexible and work well under stress
