Tutor / Teaching Assistant (HighSchool)

Tutor:

• Deliver dynamic lessons to high school students for HKDSE success.

• Build positive relationships with students to support their academic growth.

• Work with TAs to develop effective teaching materials and methods.

• Notes are mostly prepared already, or only a little teaching materials need to be prepared.

Teaching Assistant:

• Prepare teaching notes and practice materials for specific subjects.

• Create training resources to support tutors.

• Provide updates on trending topics to enhance classroom engagement.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with discretionary bonus (depends on the number of students per class)

  • Tutors:  $200 - 400/hr, depending on academic results and other factors

  • TAs: $50 - 80/hr, depending on role and other factors

• Strong academic background with in-depth subject knowledge.

• Preferably university students or recent graduates in education or related fields.

• At least work till the end of the current academic year (For Tutors).
