Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Credit Underwriting Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for assessing credit risk, developing underwriting policies, and ensuring the financial health of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade credit underwriting policies and procedures.

  • Analyze credit applications and assess risk factors.

  • Collaborate with sales and risk management teams to support business goals.

  • Monitor and review credit portfolios to ensure compliance and performance.

  • Provide training and guidance to underwriting staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit underwriting or risk management.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using IT tools and systems for data analysis and reporting.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
