As an HRIS Expert, you will become a part of our team of professionals responsible for the end-to-end implementation and/or support of HR technology platforms, covering a wide range of HR functions.
Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Participate in all project phases (Planning and Design, Development and Configuration, Integration, Functional Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go-live Support/Hypercare)
- Drive and/or participate in requirements gathering workshops and validation sessions with clients
- Conduct fit-gap analysis: Assess feasibility of client requirements, and identify gaps or custom needs in the standard HRIS functionalities
- Configure and implement HRIS solutions to meet business requirements and manage ongoing configuration and system optimization
Client Relationship Development and Management
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including clear communication throughout all project phases
- Provide support in developing and refining our HRIS service offerings and value propositions
- Contribute to practice development activities (e.g., creation of thought leadership, market offerings, and tools)
Qualifications
Heres What You Need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 6+ years experience in large-scale and complex HRIS or HR technology implementation and project management
- Hands-on experience in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar) across full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to define HR processes and system requirements
- Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience implementing cross-module solutions, including but not limited to Employee Central/Core HCM, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll, Time Management, Compensation and Benefits.
- HRIS certification is a plus.
