職責：1. 一般大廈技工工作及日常大廈維修保養服務2. 安排及監管承辦商工作3. 緊急維修樓宇設備

職位要求：必須持有有效電工A牌或以上、平安卡

時間：14:00 - 23:00 / 23:00-08:00每星期6天工作 (輪班輪休)

薪酬與福利：月薪: 23K - 25K(視乎經驗)12天有薪年假、醫療福利、酌情性花紅、人壽保險
