Technical Program Delivery Director

Were looking for a Senior Program Delivery Director to join our COO function in Hong Kong. This newly created role is a strategic priority for QRT, with strong backing from senior leadership. Sitting within the business, you will be responsible for delivering critical technology and infrastructure programs that support QRTs global trading expansion and long-term scalability.

Your future role at QRT:

• Partnering with trading, quant, and technology teams to lead cross-functional programs that support our global trading expansion
• Applying technical fluency, program leadership, and execution discipline to deliver complex infrastructure and trading initiatives
• Driving forward progress of delivery of trading and technology programs, resolving cross-team delays and maintaining momentum
• Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, to scope, and in line with business priorities
• Embedding governance, structure, and reporting to provide visibility to senior management
• Acting as a key business-facing delivery lead, aligning stakeholders across trading, technology, and operations

Your present skillset:

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
• 10+ years of program or project delivery experience in trading, markets, or electronic execution environments
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and infrastructure teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence influencing senior leadership
