Teaching-track Faculty Position

The Division of Integrative Systems and Design (ISD) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a member of the Teaching Faculty for our Entrepreneurship Program. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our entrepreneurship education initiatives, including course design, camps, activities and student coaching.

Applicants should have a masters or PhD degree in a related field and at least 2 years of teaching experience. Successful candidates are expected to develop and teach courses in the area of entrepreneurship education and lead the initiatives in entrepreneurship activities. We value applicants who can demonstrate their enthusiasm and passion in education and promotion of entrepreneurship education in the HKUST community. (Duration: 2 years)

About ISD in HKUSTThe Division aspires to nurture a new generation of innovators who can work across multiple disciplines and create disruptive innovations. The vision of ISD is to 1) provide state-of-the-art project-based experiential learning in design education and 2) be a cradle for nurturing innovators and researchers with a design and system thinking mindset as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. The Division provides comprehensive teaching and research programs in integrated design and systems thinking. The academic degrees offered by ISD are a BSc in Integrative Systems and Design, a MSc in Technology Leadership and Entrepreneurship, and PhD and MPhil programs in Integrative Systems and Design. We are expanding rapidly and looking to broaden into disciplines such as sports, marine technology and medical technology.
