Support Specialist/System Engineer

Job Requirements

1.     Minimum 3 years experience in system or helpdesk support

2.     Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

3.     Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop applications

4.     Experience in managing public cloud environments (eg. AWS, Azure)

5.     Certification Holders of CCNA, MCSE or AWS is a plus

6.     Good interpersonal and communication skills

7.     Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills

8.     Able to non-office hour support when necessary
